What ChaseCharts is — and is not

ChaseCharts shows prices, statistics, news summaries and screening scores for trading cards. Everything on the site is an estimate produced by software. It is information, not advice. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser or marketplace, we do not buy or sell cards, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Card prices can fall as well as rise, and past prices do not predict future prices. Decisions you make are yours.

Accounts and plans

You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. The free plan is provided as-is and may change. Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe; it renews automatically until you cancel from your account page, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Data and third parties

Market data comes from JustTCG and reflects TCGplayer marketplace activity; card images are served from TCGplayer. Benchmarks come from public market data feeds. We are not affiliated with Bandai, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, TCGplayer, JustTCG or Stripe. Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; we do not warrant its accuracy.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the data; share an account; probe or overload the service; or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChaseCharts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages.
