What we collect

Your email address, name and a password hash when you create an account; your watchlist, fee settings and email preferences; and server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security and debugging. If you subscribe to Pro, Stripe collects your payment details — we never see your card number, only a customer id and subscription status.

What we use it for

To run the service (signing you in, showing your watchlist, applying your fees), to send emails you asked for (password resets, email confirmation, the nightly digest if you turned it on) and to bill Pro subscriptions. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and our hosting provider. Each processes data only to provide its service to us. Market data providers never receive your personal data.

Cookies

ChaseCharts uses one session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your choices

Turn the digest off under Account. To delete your account and its data, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address on the account; we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or fraud purposes.
